Refund policy

At Void Tensei, every product is made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. This means each item is custom printed specifically for you once you place your order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following carefully:

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Items

• If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

• To speed up the process, include your order number and clear photos of the product defect.

• Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Wrong Address

• If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the order cannot be delivered, we cannot offer a refund. Please double-check your information at checkout.

Lost Packages

• In rare cases where the carrier marks an order as “delivered” but you did not receive it, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the shipping provider.

Returns for Size or Preference

• Since all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for incorrect sizing or if you simply change your mind.
